4. Credits

Doxa is internal service units used to access certain features.

Doxa do not constitute money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, securities, investments, deposits, or ownership interests in Semicolon or its operator.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, credits have no cash redemption value and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or withdrawn.

Promotional or earned credits may be subject to expiration, usage restrictions, or other conditions communicated when they are issued.

We reserve the right to correct credit balances resulting from technical errors, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

5. User-Submitted Information

You are responsible for information that you submit to Semicolon, including questionnaire responses, decision information, investment-related information, and other content provided by you.

You represent that you have the right to provide such information and that providing it does not knowingly violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

You should not submit passwords, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, authentication secrets, or other credentials that Semicolon does not explicitly request.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Certain services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, language models, or other automated technologies.

Automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, unexpected results, or interpretations that do not accurately reflect your circumstances.

AI-generated information should therefore be independently reviewed before being relied upon for decisions that may materially affect you.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an AI-generated result does not constitute professional legal, medical, tax, accounting, financial, investment, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.

Questionnaire responses may be processed to provide questionnaire-related services, including personalized reports.

The service may become unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party failures, network conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. Indemnification
